As result of the disruption of digital technologies the media value chain its being altered, with it, traditional working processes are in necessity of adaptation to the new contexts demands. The arising of Transmedia Storytelling, in which a high level of interaction between author and audience is a constant, the convergence of disciplines like marketing, content creation and technology development, requires an examination to the methodologies applied during its creation process. As a consequence new approaches are being developed to enable the most efficient results under this context. This project is an exploration of how the application of Human Centered Design methods could support and serve as a tool for research, developing and distribution of user-oriented media products, in specific for Transmedia Franchises.
